The Mindbody Workbook for Teens: Writing Exercises to Reduce Stress and Feel Better Emotionally and Physically, by Dr. David Schechter, can be used by any youth in grade 6-12 and is especially designed to be used along with curricula that teach about emotions and their relationship to both mental and physical health. Many physical conditions can arise from or be worsened by emotional issues, especially those feelings not expressed or understood. This Workbook helps the reader/user to express these feelings and make connections that lead to improved emotional and physical health.

Pain Survey for Youth

The Concept of Pain Inventory (COPI) is a questionnaire that allows Dr. Hollander to understand your child’s needs and to individually tailor pain science education. If requested, please have your child complete the 14 questions online, then have the results emailed to you, then forward them to Dr. Hollander at rachelhollandermd@hollanderholistichealth.com.
