Rachel Hollander, MD, MPH
I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri & Dallas, Texas. I’ve been a board-certified Family Medicine physician since 2011. I practiced urgent care and primary care in Davis and Sacramento, California until 2013, when I began my primary care practice in Family Medicine in Aptos, California. In 2022, I moved to Little Rock, Arkansas to help my parents during a health emergency. Since recovering later that year from my own chronic pain and stress-related symptoms, I practice Mind-Body Medicine. I would be honored to guide you in self-healing using practices based in both modern neuroscience & ancient wisdom. For my own mind-body-spirit maintenance, I enjoy meditation, yoga, hiking, rollerblading, cooking, watercolor painting, playing the piano, and spending time with my husband, parents, and pets. I also enjoy returning to Aptos, California to visit old friends and familiar recreation spots.
