She practices Mind-Body Medicine for non-Medicare/Medicaid adults & children who reside in Arkansas, California, and Missouri. For all others, she provides health coaching.

Payment:
Credit or debit card payment is expected at the time of booking.
For patients in AR, CA, or MO (non-Medicare/Medicaid), HSA or FSA cards are accepted. If you are using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payment card, please be aware that even if your payment goes through and is authorized at the time that your card is processed, there is a possibility that your payment could later be denied. In the event of this happening, you are responsible for ensuring that full payment is made by other means.
For patients in AR, CA, or MO, Dr. Hollander can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement, but she does not file insurance claims herself. She cannot provide a superbill to Medicare or Medicaid patients.

Cancellation / Missed Session / Late Policy:
If necessary, please cancel / reschedule a session within 24-hours of your appointment time.
Dr. Hollander will start a visit if the patient is no more than 20 minutes late; if starting late, the visit may have to be shortened to fit within the allotted time.
A patient beyond 20 minutes late is considered a missed visit.
Dr. Hollander will reimburse 50% of the visit fee for late cancellations or missed visits.
